Laura Thomas, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Laura began their career in 2006 as a Human Resources Manager at Riken Elastomers Corporation, where they excelled in their role for over 10 years. In 2017, they joined Riken Americas Corporation as a Human Resources Director, where they continue to apply their expertise and leadership skills. Laura's strong background in HR management makes their a valuable asset to any organization.

Laura Thomas, SPHR, SHRM-SCP holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Austin Peay State University. Laura also obtained a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
