Michael O'Donnell

Michael O'Donnell is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation, currently serving as an Executive Committee Member and partner at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP since 1989. O'Donnell specializes in title insurance and banking litigations, as well as commercial foreclosures, collections, and oppressed shareholder disputes. Before entering the legal field, O'Donnell served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps from 1980 to 1985. O'Donnell holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Notre Dame.
