Stephen Pagano is a Partner at Riker Danzig LLP since January 2019 and Counsel at Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP since January 2015, specializing in probate litigation and tax, trusts, and estates matters. With a wealth of experience in estate, trust, and tax planning, Stephen provides strategic insights in probate litigation. Previously, as an Attorney at Becker Meisel LLC from 2005 to December 2014, Stephen assisted clients in creating comprehensive business succession and estate plans, including Buy-Sell Agreements and various trusts. Stephen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University School of Law and a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law, along with a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College.
