Jonathan Frazier

Jonathan Frazier has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jonathan is currently the COO and Co-Founder at rikor.io, where they focus on franchise insurance compliance. Prior to this, they worked at Arthrex as a Customer Experience Strategist and a User Experience Designer. At AT&T, they served as a User Experience Lead, guiding their team in developing web-centric software experiences. Jonathan also worked as a User Experience Specialist at Dairy.com and as a Senior User Experience Architect at Capital One. Their previous roles also include being a Senior User Experience Designer at WorldVentures, a Senior Interactive Designer and Team Lead at Lunada Biomedical, and an Interactive Art Director at THREAD, a healthcare advertising agency. Throughout their career, Jonathan has collaborated with various stakeholders, presented design opportunities, and worked closely with development teams to implement new designs.

Jonathan Frazier obtained their Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Utah Valley University, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. Jonathan then enrolled at Purdue Global, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2021.
