Joakim Hveem

Joakim Hveem is an experienced professional in the field of economics, currently serving as Ämnessakkunnig at Riksrevisionen since March 2016. Previously, Joakim worked at Regeringskansliet (Government of Sweden, Ministry of Finance) from May 2012 to February 2016 as Departementssekreterare / Kvantitativ nationalekonom, focusing on labor market and education analysis with a strong quantitative orientation. Joakim also gained valuable experience as a Forskningsassistent at Institutet för social forskning (SOFI) in early 2012, contributing to research on the staffing industry while writing a master's thesis. Earlier roles include working as a Handelsstatistiker at Kommerskollegium and as a Mötesattaché at Regeringskansliet in 2006. Joakim holds a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both obtained from Stockholm University.
