Kine Lundhagen Hesselroth

Kine Lundhagen Hesselroth serves as Avdelingsdirektør at Riksrevisjonen since June 2023 and holds the position of HR Manager at The Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences from January 2021. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing the human resources strategy, promoting diversity and equal opportunities, and implementing effective leadership initiatives. Kine has extensive experience in HR, including roles as Section Manager HR and HSE at the Institute of Basic Medical Sciences and HR Manager at Insr Insurance Group ASA. Kine's educational background includes an Executive Master of Management in Human Resources Management from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in HR Analytics from the University of South-Eastern Norway, among others. Additionally, Kine is a Lecturer in HR at Norges Fagakademi and has contributed to various organizations through roles in HR leadership, consultancy, and training.
