Aud Elin Omholt is currently working at RiksTV as the People & Culture HR and recruitment manager. Prior to this, they held HR roles at Deloitte Norway, IC Group A/S, By Malene Birger A/S, and KONGSBERG. They have a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Agder. Additionally, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Hawaii Pacific University focusing on Business Administration and Management.
