Cathrine Hannemann has extensive experience in customer service and digital communication, currently serving as the Responsible for Digital Customer Service and Web Coordinator at RiksTV AS since August 2013. Previously, Cathrine worked at Aftenposten from May 2001 to March 2013, where roles included Competence Manager/CRM Consultant, Project Participant for a new subscription system, and Coach with responsibilities for customer center operations. Earlier experience at Aftenposten included Traffic Coordinator and Customer Consultant, focusing on task prioritization and training. Cathrine started their career as an Accounting Employee at Juul Møller AS from March 1996 to November 1998.
