Tobias Falkberger

Tobias Falkberger's work experience includes co-founding and hosting Norway's largest podcast about agile culture and leadership called Smidigpodden. Tobias also worked as the Director of People and Culture at RiksTV, where they focused on developing the company's culture and personnel for future needs. Additionally, Falkberger served as an Agile Coach and team leader, overseeing teams in Oslo and Gdansk. Tobias also held positions as a Program Manager, Development Manager, and Technical Project Manager at RiksTV. Prior to their time at RiksTV, Falkberger worked as a Senior Consultant at Capra Consulting AS, where they served as a software developer and project manager. Tobias also worked as a Consultant for hire at Enonic and as an Embedded System Developer at Volantic AB.

Tobias Falkberger attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained an Executive Master of Management degree with a focus on Leadership, Teamwork, Applied Organizational Psychology, Project Management, and Finance. Prior to that, they studied at Umeå University from 2005 to 2008, earning a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Electronics with a major in Computer Engineering. Tobias also obtained a second Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics with a major in Applied Electronics from the same institution during the same time period. Tobias Falkberger holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Alliance (obtained in 2016) and Certified Scrum Master (obtained in 2011).
