Dave Plamann

Dave Plamann, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Dave currently holds the role of Chief Operating Officer at Riley, a position they have been in since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the VP Finance & Operations at Riley from April 2013 to July 2021.

In addition to their role at Riley, Dave also has experience as a CFO Panel member at Duke University/Federal Reserve since 2018. Before that, they held the position of CFO/Controller at Integrated Advertising Network from April 2011 to April 2013.

Dave has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Mindsharp from November 2011 to March 2013 and as the Chief Operating Officer at Russell Herder from January 2011 to November 2011. Dave briefly held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Ratchet Inc. from July 2010 to November 2010.

Prior to these positions, Dave worked as a Controller at OLSON from January 2005 to July 2010, and as a Controller at Artistic Screening Co Inc from June 2001 to January 2005. Dave started their career as a Financial Analyst at Rainbow Signs, where they worked from June 1990 to June 2001.

With their extensive experience in operations, finance, and leadership roles, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role as Chief Operating Officer at Riley.

Dave Plamann, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
