Arnav Pawar

Arnav Pawar is a Growth Manager in Partnerships at Rilla since 2024, bringing a diverse background in strategy and operations, consulting, and product growth. Prior to Rilla, Arnav held the position of Strategy and Operations Associate at Alternative Payments, a company that enables offline businesses to engage in online transactions. Experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Protiviti, where consulting services in audit, risk, and technology were provided, and as a Business Development Consultant at Kraftful, which utilizes AI for user feedback analysis. Additional expertise in product growth was gained through positions at FalconX, PR Hacker, and BCG Digital Ventures. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Analytics from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, alongside a semester abroad in Finance at The University of Sydney Business School.
