Matt Rodio has over 10 years of work experience in a variety of roles. In 2009, they began as a Head Lifeguard at Promenade Beach Club. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Notre Dame Turbolab, and an Assistant Mechanic at Matt's Truck and Auto Repair from 2014 to 2015. In 2016, they were Co-Founder of Bundled, Director of Team Development at DUhatch, and a Teacher Assistant at Duke University. From 2018 to 2021, they were a Senior Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, and Platform Analyst at 1010data, and a Customer Success Manager at data.ai. Most recently, they have been the Director of Customer Success at Rillavoice since 2023.

Matt Rodio attended Christian Brothers Academy from 2008 to 2012, obtaining a high school degree. Matt then went on to Duke University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science in 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. Additionally, in September 2017, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera.
