Will Gao

Will Gao is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Growth at Rilla since April 2023, focusing on driving exceptional growth. Previously, Will contributed as a Founding Engineer, blending product development and engineering efforts while celebrating team achievements. Earlier roles include Technical Product Manager at Meta for a short tenure in 2022, Team Lead/PM at the Tech Policy Lab at Cornell, where Will led initiatives aimed at enhancing climate-friendly practices, and Marketing and Outreach Lead at AguaClara Reach, promoting clean water research at universities. Will also has experience as an instructor at Cornell Outdoor Education, teaching kayaking and backpacking. Will holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and graduated from Solebury School.
