Malin Brandberg

Malin Brandberg is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Business Partner at Rillion since January 2023, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, leadership development, and enhancing company culture. Prior to this role, Malin was an HR Business Partner for the Nordics at DLL from May 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included supporting managers and implementing HR policies. Malin also gained experience at PwC Sweden as an HR Specialist in Recruitment and as an HR Recruitment Consultant at Wise Professionals in early 2017. Earlier career ventures included various roles at Jurek Rekrytering & Bemanning, including Team Leader Staffing, and at Butiken på Landet as a Shop Assistant.
