Mikko Hursti

Mikko Hursti has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Global Integrations at Rillion since August 2006. In this role, Mikko leads the Rillion Connect team and manages integration partnerships. Previous positions include Product Manager for professional services and customer loyalty offerings, responsible for the introduction of new services related to Rillion Prime (Palette) and Rillion One (Centsoft), and Engineering Operations Manager, focusing on software and services analytics. Mikko also held the position of Global Services Operations Manager, overseeing professional services and customer support performance. Other notable roles at Rillion include Head of Delivery for the Nordics and Manager of Service & Delivery. Earlier experience includes a technical specialist role at TeliaSonera in the Network Operating Centre. Mikko holds a degree from Uppsala universitet and attended katedralskolan uppsala.
