Nicole Medina

Nicole Medina is a highly skilled professional with diverse experience in logistics and customer service. Currently serving as a Customs Brokerage Specialist at RIM Logistics, Ltd since July 2022, Nicole has previously held roles including International Customer Service and Air Imports Operator at Morrison Express from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Salon Bliss in Gurnee from February 2016 to June 2021, and performing data entry and warehouse responsibilities at Crane Worldwide Logistics from February 2012 to August 2013. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising with a minor in Design Studies from Iowa State University (2013-2016) and an Associate’s Degree in Design and Applied Arts from the College of Lake County (2010-2012).
