Tara Matteucci

Tara Matteucci has extensive experience in logistics and operations management, currently serving as Director of US Operations at RIM Logistics, Ltd since June 2010. In this role, Tara leads US teams in establishing operational standards and guidelines for international operations, while also managing the quality program and compliance with billing KPIs across branches. Previous positions include Corporate Manager for Quality and Talent Solutions, as well as roles in operational excellence and technology solutions spanning various functions. Additionally, Tara has experience in customer service management and has held leadership positions at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Tara holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Harper College and a degree in Food Service Administration from College of DuPage.
