Donna Snyder is an accomplished founder of Meraki Coaching Services, LLC, launched in June 2024, specializing in tailored coaching for career advancements and team performance enhancement. Currently serving as Independent Director of Placement Services at RIM Recruitment Professionals since September 2024, Donna brings over 25 years of experience in talent acquisition across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Previous roles include Chief People & Development Officer at Nesco Resource, where leadership encompassed Talent Development, DEI, and HR, as well as several key positions in staffing and recruitment management at companies such as EnvisionRx and Universal Screen Arts, Inc. Donna holds degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia and University of Missouri-St. Louis, along with a certification in Interior Design from Newbury Design School.
