Alexander Serna Kam

Alexander Serna Kam is an Agile Team Coach at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since November 2019, with over 5 years of experience guiding technical teams and leaders toward sustainable and results-oriented agility. Currently, Alexander supports a tribe of more than 30 members across areas such as DevSecOps, APIs, performance, IT governance, data protection, and project management. Previous roles include Agile Transformation Lead at Grupo Graña y Montero, Agile Team Facilitator at Scotiabank, and Scrum Master at both Grupo Graña y Montero and Canvia, among others. Alexander holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad de Lima, a diploma in Project Management from Universidad ESAN, and a specialization in Innovation and Digital Transformation from Florida International University.
