Andrea Landa

Andrea Landa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Jefa de Desarrollo del Talento at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since April 2022. In this role, Andrea is responsible for implementing and deploying 360° performance and competency assessments, as well as individual development plans, while leading a team of three. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Teleperformance as Coordinadora de Atracción del Talento, where the design of recruitment strategies for bilingual accounts was a key responsibility, along with managing a team of 13 analysts. Andrea's earlier roles at Rimac included Senior Analyst of Talent Development and Talent Attraction Analyst, where specialized talent acquisition was a focus. Andrea began the professional career at KPMG in Peru, where roles ranged from Assistant in Human Resources to Talent Attraction Intern. Andrea holds a Licenciatura in Psychology from Universidad de Lima, a Diploma in Human Resources from Universidad del Pacífico, and completed a postgraduate course in Labor Legislation.
