Lourdes Rojas V.

Lourdes Rojas V. currently serves as the Head of Data at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, leading the implementation of a customer-focused data strategy and driving cultural change to enhance data value within the organization. Additionally, Lourdes holds an associate position at CDO LATAM and teaches a course on Data Governance and its implementation strategy at DMC Perú. Previously, Lourdes was the Head of TI, Data & Analytics at Mall Aventura, where responsibilities included overseeing the organization’s data and analytics strategy. Lourdes has also held managerial roles at Alicorp and BBVA in Peru, focusing on data governance, analytics transformation, and campaign strategies. Educational qualifications include two MBAs from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and Escuela de Post Grado UPC, along with a certificate in Digital Transformation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
