Richard Rodríguez Castillo is an Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in agile transformation and risk analysis. They worked as a Senior Risk Analyst at Crecer Seguros, focusing on risk identification and mitigation for digital transformation. Richard has served as an Agile Coach at multiple companies, including Inetum and Softtek, where they synchronized agile teams and trained employees on agile frameworks across various countries. They are also currently a Part-Time Professor at UCAL, teaching agility in the MBA and Master of Marketing programs. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidad ESAN and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, along with a degree in Informatics Engineering.
