Jens Olsen

Jens Olsen is an experienced Agile Coach and Technology Advisor at Gnist Consulting, with a career spanning over a decade in various technical and leadership roles. Prior to joining Gnist Consulting in August 2023, Jens served as Chief Technology Officer at Maja.no and held positions such as Agile Coach and Delivery Manager at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Jens's background includes significant roles at reMarkable as Vice President of Technology, and as a Senior Automation Engineer at Step Solutions AS. Earlier experiences include Systems Engineer positions at Kongsberg Maritime and Aker Solutions. Jens holds a Dual Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and University of South-Eastern Norway, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Cybernetics from Oslo and Akershus University College.
