Arturo Montúfar-Arreola is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in system engineering and product development, particularly in high-power traction inverters for electric vehicles at Rimac Technology. Currently serving as the System Engineering Manager, Arturo oversees teams focused on product development, performance simulations, and lifecycle management in alignment with ASPICE and ISO 26262 standards. Previous roles include leadership positions in traction inverter development and power electronics, showcasing expertise in software architecture, hardware integration, and team management. Arturo also co-founded Hexagro Urban Farming, spearheading the engineering of an automated indoor farming system, and has contributed to various projects in academic and research environments. Arturo holds a Master of Science in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and additional qualifications in systems engineering and automation.
