Zrinka Nesnidal

Zrinka Nesnidal is an experienced L&D Content Development Specialist currently employed at Rimac Technology since September 2022, focusing on eLearning development, instructional design, and LMS management. Key contributions include overseeing LMS implementation, technical onboarding, and performance cycle execution within the Talent Management department, aimed at enhancing the organization's learning culture.
