Marc Ebinger

Marc Ebinger has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In 2009, they started as a Sales Engineer at AMK Group and worked there until 2010. Following this, they founded their own company called mebiSURF in 2010 and served as its Founder until 2015. Marc then joined Uniklinik Köln in 2015 as a Scientific Employee before moving on to become the CEO & Co-Founder of RIMASYS in 2016. At RIMASYS, they aim to revolutionize surgical education through technological and didactic innovations.

Marc Ebinger completed their education in a diverse range of fields. Marc began with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Technology from Reutlingen University, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2009.

During their undergraduate studies, Marc took the opportunity to expand their academic horizons by studying International Management at the ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, in 2007. Marc also pursued a semester abroad at Universitas Udayana in 2008, focusing on International Business and Management in Southeast Asia.

Marc went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biomechanics at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Building upon their master's degree, they then pursued a doctoral degree (Dr.rer.medic) in Biomechanics at the University of Cologne, starting in 2013 and completing their studies in 2017.

In addition to their academic achievements, Marc Ebinger obtained a certification in the Manager Essentials Program from impakt360 in June 2021.
