Andrea Majstorovic

Andrea Majstorovic has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Andrea is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & HR Program Office at Rimes since December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Program Manager at Rimes from February 2022 to November 2023.

Before joining Rimes, Andrea worked at Ball Corporation, where they held multiple roles. Andrea was the Talent Acquisition Manager for CAPEX Projects in North America from November 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Talent Acquisition Supervisor & SAP SF Lead EMEA (DPO) from August 2018 to October 2019 and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist from November 2017 to July 2018.

Andrea's earlier experience includes working at ManpowerGroup, where they held the position of Talent Acquisition Team Leader for Junior Achievement from September 2016 to October 2017 and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant from March 2014 to August 2016.

Andrea Majstorovic's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Italian Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology. Andrea also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business and Management from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organisational Sciences, as well as a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business and Management from Middlesex University. Currently, they are attending the OLI Center for Integrative Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Counseling, and Coaching, pursuing further education in an undisclosed field.
