Prior to that, Jennifer Headley was a Long Term Substitute Teacher / Paraeducator at Highland Local School District and a Customer Service Manager at Bertin/SAMPCO and Skechers. At Bertin/SAMPCO, Jennifer Headley directed the creation of the customer service department infrastructure and coordinated production orders with manufacturing teams in Brazil and China. At Skechers, Jennifer Headley led the customer service department and developed comprehensive customer service training programs.
