Eshkar Almalem

Eshkar Almalem has had work experience in various roles and positions. From 2019 to the present, Eshkar worked as a Project Manager at Rimon Group, where they were responsible for conducting negotiations with property owners, working with public authorities, and managing a project worth 35 million NIS. They also selected and managed the operational team.

Prior to this, from 2015 to 2019, Eshkar worked at Rimon Group as an Account Manager, where they had direct interface with C-level executives in clients' finance and management units. They were responsible for preparing and auditing tax reports, interfacing with tax authorities, and preparing financial statements.

Eshkar also has military experience, having worked at the Israel Defense Forces from 2013 to 2015 as a Task Control and Monitoring Manager. In this role, they worked alongside IDF Ground troops Generals, executed and conducted orders to delegated officers, and coordinated and managed between different offices.

Eshkar Almalem completed their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Reichman University between 2017 and 2021. They also obtained two additional certifications. In July 2021, Eshkar received a Microsoft-Certified Digital Transformation certification from Microsoft. In October 2022, they acquired a Technical Product Management certification from LinkedIn.
