Zohar Hakim has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. From September 2017 to October 2018, they worked as a Project Manager at Monterey Bay Labs. Following this, from October 2018 to October 2019, they worked as an IT analyst and system administrator at Mi Choof Hakarmel. Currently, since November 2021, Zohar is working as an Operator of the Water Division at Rimon Group. And as of May 2022, they have also taken on the role of Project Manager at Rimon Group.

From 2014 to 2016, Zohar Hakim attended Ruppin Academic Center, where they obtained a Diploma of Education. During their time at the center, Zohar specialized in the field of Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management and Recycling Technology/Technician.
