David Jaroslaw

David Jaroslaw is a seasoned litigator specializing in complex product liability matters, currently serving as a Partner at Rimon PC since March 2023. Prior to this role, David held the position of Partner at DLA Piper from February 2020 to March 2023, and at Greenspoon Marder from April 2016 to February 2020, where focus was placed on scientific, technological, and medical litigation issues. David’s extensive experience includes serving as a Partner at Jacob, Medinger & Finnegan, LLP from July 1998 to March 2016, and as an Assistant District Attorney at the New York County District Attorney's Office, specializing in money laundering cases from 1995 to 1998. Earlier in the career, David was a Task Force Attorney for the New York State Organized Crime Task Force and an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. David earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University.
