Jacob Harding

Jacob Harding is a Partner at Rimon PC, where the focus is on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, international arbitration, white collar and government investigations, as well as international trade. Prior to this role, Jacob was a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP, specializing in cross-border litigation, international trade advisory, and internal investigations, representing clients in various state and federal courts across California, Texas, New York, and Delaware. Earlier in his career, Jacob served as Foreign Counsel at Yuanda China Law Offices, contributing significantly to a compliance team that managed internal and government investigations, cross-border disputes, and diverse China-specific matters. Jacob holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from the University of Idaho.
