Juan Zuniga

Juan Zuniga is an experienced legal professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at CHC Impact since June 2023 and as Managing Partner at Rimon PC since June 2013, where also leads the Cross Border Law Group. Prior to this, Juan founded and served as President of CROSS BORDER LAW GROUP, P.C. from May 2007 to May 2013. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe, and transactional positions at Baker & McKenzie and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. With a robust background in litigation and transactional law, Juan has built a significant career since beginning as an associate attorney at Kaye Scholer LLP. Education credentials include a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB, JD in Government and Law from Harvard University, along with a Certificate from Universidad de Belgrano.
