Olivia Lê Horovitz

Olivia Lê Horovitz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and foreign direct investment. As the Founding Partner of Rimon Law since February 2021, Olivia has a proven track record in managing complex multijurisdictional transactions across diverse industry sectors, including technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and renewable energies. Prior to Rimon Law, Olivia held positions as Partner at SIMON ASSOCIES and K&L Gates, where the founding of the Paris office occurred in 2008. Previous roles also include advising private equity funds and cross-border M&A transactions at Kahn & Associés and early career experience at Landwell & Associés and KPMG Fidal Peat International. Olivia holds multiple advanced degrees from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law, specializing in areas such as foreign trade law, environmental law, and transactional business practice.
