Pat Kilgannon SHRM-SCP

Pat Kilgannon SHRM-SCP has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 1994, they began working as a Success Coach and Leadership Strategist for Success Coaching. In 2012, they moved on to become an HR Business Partner at the Law School Admission Council. In 2019, they took on the role of Interim Human Resource Leader at LINDE ENGINEERING NORTH AMERICA, and in 2020, they became a Consultant at Right Management. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as Head of People at Benetrends Financial and as a Human Resources Specialist at Rimsys Regulatory Management Software.

Pat Kilgannon SHRM-SCP holds a Master of Education (MEd) in Adult Education from Rutgers University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Dickinson College. In 2019, Pat obtained the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Pat also holds certifications in Certified Professional Coach from the International Coach Certification and Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
