Rachel Baker has over twelve years of professional experience in customer success, sales and enablement, marketing strategy, communications, and development. Rachel began their career in 2008 as a Development Assistant at Mary's Place. In 2009, they moved to Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry as a Communications Advocacy Associate. In 2011, they joined YWCA Greater Cleveland as a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. In 2013, Rachel joined Penn State University as a Marketing Strategy Specialist in the Department of Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering. In 2015, they began working at Mindmatrix as a Sales and Enablement Consultant - Team Leader and later as a Marketing and Sales Enablement Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, Rachel joined Rimsys Regulatory Management Software as a Customer Success Manager and was later promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager.

Rachel Baker holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts & Humanities from The Defiance College. Rachel also holds certifications from various institutions, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER (obtained in November 2022), Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER (obtained in October 2022), Coaching for Results from Lynda.com (obtained in August 2017), Effective Communications and Human Relations from Dale Carnegie Training (obtained in 1999), and Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot (obtained in July 2015).
