Achille Tonani

Achille Tonani has a diverse and extensive work experience. Achille currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at the Università degli Studi di Genova since 2022. Previously, they held various executive roles at RINA, including Corporate Procurement & Real Estate Executive Vice President, Corporate Human Capital Development, Real Estate, Organization, Executive Vice President, and Corporate Organization, Human Capital Development & Relations with Associations Senior Director. Prior to that, they were the Director of Business Assurance and the General Manager of Business Assurance at RINA. Achille also held roles as the General Manager of Health & Food, Head of Sustainability, Governance and Innovation Sector, and Ethics and Corporate Governance Manager. In addition to their roles at RINA, Achille Tonani was a Member of the Board at Agroqualità SpA and Italianidentity. Achille also served as the Presidente of Fondazione SILP Scuola Italiana Logistica Portuale and as the Vice President of OICCE - Organizzazione Interprofessionale per la Comunicazione delle Conoscenze in Enologia. Furthermore, they were a Director at Tasneef RINA Business Assurance and the CEO of Agroqualità SpA. Achille Tonani also served as a Member of the Board at SSM (Studio Sperimentale Metalsiderurgico) Srl and began their career as a Praticante Avvocato at Studio Legale Associato Biondi.

Achille Tonani attended the Università degli Studi di Genova from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree. In 1997 and 1998, they also studied International Law at the University of Nottingham. Tonani's earlier education includes attending Liceo Scientifico, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown.
