Andrea Tonini

Andrea Tonini serves as the Head of Italy Talent Recruitment, Development & Learning at RINA since July 2021, leading a +10 team focused on enhancing human capital across various sectors. Andrea's expertise encompasses designing talent acquisition strategies, facilitating training initiatives, and overseeing retention processes. Prior to this role, Andrea accumulated over 16 years of experience at Costa Crociere S.p.A., where responsibilities included serving as the Head of Fleet Hotel HR with a focus on performance and talent management, coordinating guest experience staffing for multiple ships, and executing recruitment strategies for nautical and technical crew. Andrea holds a Master's degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Genoa and has been awarded the Purser rank from Costa Crociere S.p.A. and Regione Liguria.
