Daniele Calderoni Parronchi

Daniele Calderoni Parronchi has held various roles throughout their work experience. Daniele served as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at RINA from 2024 onwards. Prior to this, they were the Co-founder & Co-owner of Hyba Ltd starting in 2019. From 2023 to 2024, they worked as the Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. During their time at Baker Hughes from 2017 to 2023, they held multiple positions including Energy Transition & New Frontiers Managing Partner, Shell Global Key Account Director - Digital, and Global Project Management Leader - Renewables & Industrial. Before that, they worked at GE as an Integration Leader (M&A) from 2015 to 2016. Their earlier roles at GE include O&G Opex Global Project Management Leader - Downstream from 2013 to 2015, O&G Opex - EU/RUS/CIS Project Management Leader from 2012 to 2013, and Process Leader from 2011 to 2012. Daniele also briefly worked at GE Oil & Gas as a Process Leader in 2010. Their career began at General Electric in 2007 as part of the Project Management Leadership Program, where they held roles such as Project Manager and contributed to the success of various projects.

Daniele Calderoni Parronchi completed a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Firenze from 2001 to 2007. In addition, they pursued an additional course in Management Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark from 2005 to 2006. Daniele also obtained certifications in Project Management Leadership Program from the Georgia Institute of Technology and PMP from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter.
