Elena Benacchio

Elena Benacchio is a seasoned professional in internal communication and employee engagement, currently serving as the Global Internal Communication Manager at RINA since September 2020. In this role, Elena is responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, ensuring employee engagement, managing internal events, and collaborating on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at ITAS Mutua, where Elena focused on internal communication planning and training management, and at RSA, where engagement in marketing, finance, and training for intermediaries was highlighted.
