Earlier in the career, Francesco worked in various project management roles at GE, Leonardo, and Ferretti Group, contributing to high-value contracts and leading multinational teams across different industries. Francesco holds a Master's degree in Materials Engineering from Università del Salento and is a certified Senior Project Manager by the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
