Giancarlo Casani

Giancarlo Casani has extensive experience in the maritime and financial sectors, holding prominent positions since 1980. As the owner of Studio Casani & Associati, Giancarlo provides consultancy for clients in both Italian and international maritime industries. In addition, Giancarlo serves as a director of Ancanap-Associazione Nazionale Cantieri Navali Privati since 1994, advocating for the interests of private shipyards. Since 2003, Giancarlo has been a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors at RINA, contributing to the advisory activities of the Italian Naval Register. Giancarlo's earlier experience includes serving as Financial Director at NCA Cantiere Navale Marina di Carrara from 1968 to 1981. Giancarlo holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pisa, graduated with honors in 1967.
