Petrit Krasniqi

Petrit Krasniqi is an experienced Power System Engineer and Analyst at the Energy Regulatory Office of the Republic of Kosovo, involved in monitoring electricity market performance and developing energy sector standards since August 2016. Additionally, Petrit serves as an Energy Expert with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, contributing to the preparation of Municipality Energy and Climate Plans and training energy managers. With a background in energy efficiency auditing for public buildings through various collaborations, including projects with the European Commission and the World Bank, Petrit has developed comprehensive energy audit reports and implemented energy efficiency measures across Kosovo. Petrit holds a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Prishtina.
