Scott Lutz is currently the Director of Survey at RINA, a position held since 2005. Prior to this role, Scott was a Project Surveyor and Staff Surveyor at Patrick Engineering from 1997 to 2000 and worked as a Technician for the Illinois Department of Transportation between 1992 and 1994. Scott earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Engineering from Purdue University, completing both in 1997.
