Kim Koontz has spent her entire career in Air and Ocean Freight Forwarding and has been with Rinchem since 2015. She brings a wealth of experience to Rinchem and is an expert in hazardous and perishable products servicing both the semiconductor and pharmaceutical high-tech industries. For seven years, Kim served as the company’s Manager of Freight Forwarding and was promoted to Director of Freight Forwarding in 2022. Prior to Rinchem, Kim worked at one of the largest Freight Forwarders for 15 years as both an Operations Manager and Customer Advocate.
