Jeffrey Belanger

Jeffrey Belanger, MBA SPHR SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Chief People Officer at Rincon Consultants, Inc., an environmental consulting firm operating throughout California, since November 2018. Previously, Jeffrey held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at UNIFY Financial Credit Union from June 2015 to November 2018, overseeing HR functions for a nationwide organization with over 650 team members. Jeffrey also served in HR leadership roles at IMT Residential/IMT Capital, LLC, Archstone, and AdelFi, with significant contributions to talent acquisition and organizational development. Jeffrey obtained an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business after 15 years at AdelFi and holds a BS in Business and Management from the University of Redlands.
