Kelsey Bennett

Kelsey Bennett, MPA, LEED-AP, serves as the Director of Environmental & Sustainability Planning at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since September 2019, leading projects such as the Pier Ferry EIR for the City of Berkeley and the Anderson Dam Seismic Retrofit EIR for the Santa Clara Valley Water District. Previously, Kelsey worked as a Senior Project Manager at FirstCarbon Solutions, where significant projects included the Hollywood Central Park EIR for the City of Los Angeles. Kelsey’s extensive experience also encompasses roles at AECOM and ICF Jones & Stokes, contributing to various notable environmental and sustainability projects across California. Kelsey holds an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University, a B.S. in Biology from UC San Diego, and a certificate in California Water Management and Ecosystem Restoration from UC Berkeley.
