Leo Mena

Leo Mena is a Senior Environmental Planner at Rincon Consultants, Inc. since June 2022, specializing in the preparation of CEQA and NEPA documents for various projects including transportation and mixed-use developments. Previously, Mena served as an Associate Environmental Planner at ICF, where responsibilities included compliance documentation across federal, state, and local projects. Mena's experience also encompasses working as an Environmental Scientist at Panorama Environmental, Inc., participating in a variety of environmental projects, and contributing to sustainable land management in Panama as a fellow with the Azuero Earth Project. Mena holds a B.A. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Princeton University and has also held roles including student supervisor at Firestone Library, Princeton University, and biomonitor intern at Provita.
