Randal Thornley

Randal Thornley is a seasoned hardware engineer with over 14 years of experience at Rincon Research Corporation since June 2009. Previously, Randal served as a Staff Design Engineer at Zilog from July 1998 to January 2009, focusing on the design of micro-controller products. Randal began an academic career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University from August 1995 to June 1998, where responsibilities included teaching assistance and laboratory instruction, as well as developing micro-machining techniques for substrate isolated suspended N-wells in bulk CMOS. Randal holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University.
