Richard Harrington Pmp, Mssi

Richard Harrington, PMP, MSSI, is an accomplished Information Technology Program Manager at Rincon Research Corporation since September 2023, with extensive experience in military and intelligence roles. Notable positions include serving as Senior Enlisted Leader for Combat Targets at United States Cyber Command from November 2019 to September 2023 and as Section Chief within the Special Threats & Activities Branch prior to that. Richard has held various roles in the USAF, including Operations Superintendent, Target Duty Officer, and Quality Assurance, along with expertise as a DOMEX Subject Matter Expert for the Department of Homeland Security and Defense. Richard holds a Master of Science in Strategic Intelligence from National Intelligence University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, and two Associate of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Electronics Systems Technology and Intelligence Studies.
